Hello Chef Brendan,
I'm sorry for the delayed feedback on our reunion catering June 25th.  I
planned to deliver your supplies back to you, buy my dad took care of
it...  I want you to know that the food was outstanding and everyone was
impressed!  My sister and I soaked-up all of the positive feedback and
it needs to be shared with you; you were the Chef who did all of the
work and made the food taste so wonderful!  We received positive
comments on everything, with the potatoes, chicken and coleslaw being
the biggest attention getters.   
There was more than enough food for everyone!  You did a fantastic job
and we will be recommending you to everyone we know in the black hills

 Chef Brendan       A note of thanks for catering our family event a couple of weeks ago.
  You made it so easy for us to serve 40 people a delicious and affordable meal. 
Everyone enjoyed the food and no one left the table hungry!  
We also enjoyed eating at your food booth at the recent "Old Time Country Fair" in
Custer.   The bar-b-qued chicken was great.    Custer is lucky to have your chef
services available.
